* To be entitled to the discounted rate, the student must be enrolled in a degree programme at a college or university at the time of the Symposium. Proof of enrolment must be provided in the form of a signed letter on official letterhead from the home Department Chair or equivalent, stating simply that the student is currently enrolled in the undergraduate or graduate programme of that Department. We are sorry to announce that Post-doctoral Research Scientist are not eligible for the discounted rate. The letter must be received by the deadline date for registration. Students may email the letter as a pdf scan to info@isbca-2017.org

Payment

We need the full name of the participant for payment identification - not the name of the payer if this is someone else! Please transfer the money to our Conference Account

If the PAYER is not the PARTICIPANT, please indicate the name of the participant as well in the field purpose - we need the full participant name for payment identification.

Online credit card payment

Once you have submitted your registration a link will appear on your account to allow you to process your credit card payment through a secured payment system set up for the conference, Six-Card-Solutions (Saferpay). Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as KCS Kuhlmann Convention Service.

Credit card payment by fax

Once you have submitted your registration, a link to the credit card form will appear on your account. Please print out the form and follow the instructions. Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as KCS Kuhlmann Convention Service.

Your Account

After registering online your own defined password and username allows you to access your account at any time, to view or edit the details of your on-line registration, view your payment status, print a summary of your purchase or submit an abstract.

Conditions of attendance

Registration will not be processed without accompanying payment of fees.

Early registration: Deadline for early registration and payment is DEADLINE_EARLY. For payments received after DEADLINE_PAY_EARLY_REG the next higher registration fee will apply.

Attention: Paper and Poster Submission!! You must register as a participant and pay your registration fee prior DEADLINE_PAY_EARLY_REG to have your oral paper or/and poster submission scheduled in the Conference Booklet. Abstracts that have been previously accepted will be deleted from the Scientific Program if the presenting author has not registered and paid by that date.

Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail or letter. Cancellations received before DEADLINE_CANCELLATION will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of REG_REFUND CURRENCY. Thereafter refunds will not be available. However, you may nominate a substitute participant without additional cost until DEADLINE_SUBSTITUTE_PARTICIPANT.

Liability. The local organizer as well as KCS is not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons attend the conference and all accompanying events at their own risk and responsibility.
